This position is ideal for someone who is highly organized, technically confident, detail-driven, and able to manage both direct and programmatic advertising operations with accuracy and consistency. You will help oversee campaign setup, execution, troubleshooting, measurement, reporting, and optimization while working across multiple teams to support performance, partner trust, and operational excellence.

You will be responsible for helping direct advertising campaigns launch successfully on Datemil while also supporting programmatic monetization on Badoo, making sure inventory is effectively managed and revenue opportunities are optimized.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Operations & Delivery

Manage the full ad operations process for direct campaigns from setup through completion.

Handle trafficking, implementation, quality assurance, launch readiness, pacing, creative rotation, and delivery monitoring.

Ensure campaigns are launched accurately, run on schedule, and meet quality and performance expectations.

Proactively identify delivery issues and resolve them before they affect results or partner confidence.

Technical Troubleshooting & Platform Management

Troubleshoot issues related to ad delivery, creative rendering, tags, tracking, integrations, and measurement discrepancies.

Maintain strong operational standards within ad tech platforms, including ad server workflows, naming conventions, inventory management, creative specifications, and documentation.

Help improve the structure, cleanliness, and scalability of advertising operations systems.

Programmatic Support & Revenue Optimization

Support programmatic advertising partnerships and help ensure proper setup, delivery, and ongoing performance.

Review programmatic performance data and recommend optimizations to improve fill rate, yield, and inventory utilization.

Work to maximize monetization opportunities while maintaining a high-quality user and advertiser experience.

Reporting, Measurement & Insights

Ensure campaign tracking and measurement are implemented correctly.

Support performance reporting and communicate clear, useful insights to internal stakeholders and advertising partners.

Prepare end-of-campaign reports that include delivery summaries, KPI analysis, key learnings, and recommendations for future activations.

Translate campaign data into meaningful action steps that improve future performance.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Partner closely with Growth, Marketing, Sales, Partnerships, Product, and Analytics teams to turn business goals into well-executed advertising plans.

Maintain strong communication across teams to ensure campaigns are aligned, expectations are clear, and workflows move efficiently.

Help improve cross-functional processes, reduce friction, and create smoother handoffs across the ads organization.

Process Improvement & Operational Excellence

Identify areas where workflows can be simplified, improved, or scaled.

Build and maintain playbooks, documentation, and best practices that support consistency and efficiency.

Help strengthen operational governance, including brand safety, policy compliance, and quality controls that protect both the business and the user experience.

Use AI tools responsibly to improve operational workflows, such as automating QA tasks, spotting anomalies, supporting reporting, and improving documentation, while keeping human judgment central to decision-making.

Experience & Skills

4+ years of experience in advertising operations, ad tech, campaign management, or a similar field. Exceptional candidates with 3+ years of strong hands-on experience may also be considered.

Strong experience with Google Ad Manager (GAM), including campaign trafficking, line item setup, inventory management, QA, delivery troubleshooting, and maintaining organized ad server workflows.

Solid understanding of direct campaign execution and programmatic monetization.

Ability to analyze campaign and inventory performance and make optimization recommendations based on data.

Strong understanding of tracking, measurement, reporting, and KPI performance evaluation.

Familiarity with ad tech tools, ad servers, programmatic workflows, and platform troubleshooting.

Compensation

Salary Range: $80,000 – $95,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
