No screenshots
Do not take or share screenshots of conversations, profiles, or any interactions within the app. Respect the privacy of your fellow members.
3. Authenticity and Honesty
We value real, authentic connections. Be honest about who you are and what you’re looking for.
Provide accurate information
All details in your profile, including photos and personal descriptions, should be truthful and up to date.
No catfishing or impersonation
Misrepresenting yourself in any way, including using fake photos or pretending to be someone else, is strictly prohibited.
4. Safety and Security
Your safety is our top priority. While Datemil works diligently to verify the identity of its members, it’s important to take personal precautions when connecting with others.
Keep conversations within the platform
Until you’re comfortable and trust the person, keep all communication within the Datemil app.
Never send money
Datemil will never ask you for financial assistance, and you should never send money or financial information to other users.
Report suspicious behavior
If someone is acting suspiciously or making you uncomfortable, please report them immediately. Your reports help us maintain a safe environment for everyone.
5. Age Restrictions
Datemil is exclusively for adults who are 18 years and older. You must be of legal age to use our platform and participate in dating activities. We strictly prohibit the use of Datemil by minors.

Anyone under the age of 18 is not permitted to create an account or engage with the platform. We reserve the right to verify ages and take action against any violations of this rule.
6. No Sugar Daddy/Mommy or Financial Arrangements
Datemil is committed to fostering genuine, meaningful relationships, not transactional or financial arrangements. We do not allow users to engage in or promote sugar daddy/mommy relationships or any financial-based connections.
No financial solicitation
Seeking or offering monetary compensation in exchange for companionship, gifts, or favors is strictly prohibited. DateMil is designed for meaningful relationships, not financial arrangements. Phrases like “spoiled,” “Queen,” “King,” “Prince,” or “Princess,” or any words, abbreviations, or emojis implying such arrangements are prohibited. Profiles or behaviors seeking these arrangements will be removed without exception.
7. No OnlyFans or Similar Services
Datemil is a platform for personal relationships, not for the promotion of adult content or subscription-based services like OnlyFans.
No adult services promotion
Members cannot use Datemil to promote OnlyFans, premium content subscriptions, or any other similar platforms. This includes linking to such services in profiles or messages.
8. No Pornography or Abusive Content
Datemil maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward the sharing or promotion of pornographic material, sexually explicit images, or abusive content.

Posting or sharing pornography, graphic sexual images, or videos is strictly forbidden.
No abusive or degrading content
Any content that promotes violence, abuse, or degradation of individuals in any form will lead to immediate removal and potential reporting to authorities.
9. Zero Tolerance for Sex Trafficking and Exploitation
We have zero tolerance for any form of sexual exploitation, human trafficking, or any activity that supports or promotes trafficking.
Report trafficking
If you suspect anyone is engaging in or promoting human trafficking on the platform, report them immediately. We will investigate all reports and cooperate fully with law enforcement to take appropriate action.
10. No Escort Services
Datemil does not allow the promotion or solicitation of escort services of any kind. We are a platform for personal connections, not for commercial or transactional services.

Offering or soliciting escort services, companionship for hire, or any transactional dating arrangements is not allowed and will result in immediate suspension or banning from the platform.
11. Meaningful Engagement Only

Be selective and purposeful
Respect others’ time by engaging with profiles that genuinely interest you.
Don’t spam
Sending the same message to multiple users or flooding someone’s inbox with unwanted messages is not allowed.
No ghosting
If you’re no longer interested in pursuing a connection, kindly communicate that instead of ignoring messages.
12. Discreet Reporting and Moderation
We take violations of our guidelines seriously. If you encounter any behavior that goes against our community values, report it to our moderation team.
Confidential reporting
All reports are confidential and will be handled with discretion.
Timely action
Our moderation team reviews every report and takes swift action to investigate and resolve issues.
13. Terms of Use and Consequences
By joining Datemil, you agree to abide by these community guidelines as well as our Terms of Service.

Violations may first result in a warning.
Temporary suspension
Temporary suspension may be applied depending on the nature of the issue.
Permanent removal

1. Zero Tolerance for Scammers and Fraud
- Asking for payments, reimbursements, or directing users to other sites is strictly forbidden.
- Mentioning money on profiles, except for income verification purposes, is not allowed.
- Fraudulent or illicit behavior will result in immediate removal. Some regions with a history of fraudulent activity may be restricted from using DateMil.
2. Nudity, Explicit Content, and Violence
- Profiles containing explicit images or overly sexual content will be removed.
- Unsolicited explicit messages or links to explicit content are grounds for banning.
- Profiles or messages showcasing violent imagery, including weapons or hunting photos, are prohibited.
- Respectful and non-violent interactions are key to a positive community.
3. Maintaining High-Quality Profiles
- Profile photo verification is mandatory.
- Fraudulent income verification or poor-quality photos will result in removal.
- Profiles must be fully completed with thoughtful descriptions.
4. Harassment and Spam
- Harassment of any kind, whether on or off DateMil, is not tolerated.
- Sending repetitive, irrelevant, or incomprehensible messages, or promoting external sites, is considered spam and will lead to account removal.
5. Hate Speech and Political Content
- Hate speech, derogatory comments, or any form of discrimination will result in permanent account suspension.
- Avoid discussing political opinions on your profile. DateMil celebrates diversity and focuses on fostering genuine connections.
8. Fake Profiles
- Profiles must be authentic and verified. Fake, copied, or previously deleted profiles will be removed.
- DateMil is exclusively for adults. Profiles featuring minors will be immediately and permanently banned.
9. No Affair Dating or Non-Genuine Connections
- DateMil is for singles seeking genuine relationships. Married individuals or those in committed relationships are not allowed to use the platform for dating purposes.
10. Abusive Messages or Behavior
- Threats, abusive language, or harmful behavior, including mentions of self-harm or coercion, are strictly prohibited.
- Impersonating others or making threats, even jokingly, will result in account suspension or banning.
11. Reporting and Maintaining Standards
- We encourage users to report any suspicious or inappropriate behavior.
