To use Datemil, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Agree to comply with these Terms
• Not be prohibited from using such services under any applicable law
• For coaches, submit a valid application and be approved by our team before offering services

2. Accounts & Registration

• You must provide accurate, complete information during sign-up.
• You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts if we detect misuse, impersonation, or fraud.

3. Coaching Services Disclaimer

Datemil provides a platform for users to connect with independent coaches. All coaches are:

• Independent contractors, not employees of Datemil
• Responsible for their own advice, actions, and schedules
• Datemil does not guarantee specific results from any coaching session and is not liable for personal outcomes.

4. Payments & Booking

• All payments are processed through secure, third-party systems.
• Cancellation or rescheduling policies are defined by individual coaches.
• Users are responsible for honoring booked appointments.
• Refunds are issued only in accordance with our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Harass, abuse, impersonate, or exploit other users or coaches
• Post or transmit inappropriate, illegal, or misleading content
• Use the platform to sell products or services not approved by Datemil
• Violation of these rules may result in account suspension or permanent removal.

6. Coach Conduct & Responsibilities

Coaches must:

• Provide honest, ethical, and professional guidance
• Respect client confidentiality and privacy
• Only offer services they are qualified to provide
• Maintain up-to-date availability and pricing
• Misrepresentation, inappropriate behavior, or unprofessional conduct will result in immediate removal from the platform.

7. Content Ownership

• All user-generated content, including bios, reviews, and messages, remains your property, but by submitting it, you grant Datemil a license to use, display, and promote it as needed.
• You may not copy, scrape, or misuse content posted by other users or coaches.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend any account at any time if:

• You violate these Terms
• You act in a way that harms the platform or its users
• We receive credible reports of misconduct
• You may also request to close your account at any time by contacting support.

9. Limitation of Liability

Datemil is not responsible for:

• Any injury, loss, or damage resulting from use of the platform
• Actions taken by coaches or other users
• Miscommunications or misunderstandings between clients and coaches
• Our platform is provided “as-is”, without warranties of any kind.

10. Dispute Resolution

• If you have a dispute with a coach or another user, we encourage you to resolve it privately.
• If needed, you may contact our support team for assistance.
• By using Datemil, you agree to attempt informal resolution before legal action.
• You also agree to submit any disputes to binding arbitration, if applicable in your region.

11. Modifications to the Terms

• We may update these Terms periodically.
• If we make material changes, we’ll notify you via the app or email.
• Continued use of the platform means you accept the new terms.

12. Governing Law

• These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the applicable jurisdiction where Datemil operates.
• Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the applicable region unless arbitration applies.

13. Coach Code of Conduct

All coaches on Datemil are expected to:

• Act with professionalism, honesty, and respect
• Maintain confidentiality with all clients
• Only provide services they are qualified to offer
• Keep their pricing and availability up-to-date
• Refrain from harassment, discrimination, or misconduct
• Violations may result in account suspension or permanent removal.
