At Datemil Inc., user growth is driven by data, experimentation, and disciplined marketing execution. As Associate Director – Growth Marketing & User Acquisition, you will lead performance marketing initiatives focused on acquiring high-quality users across multiple platforms.
This role is responsible for managing paid acquisition strategy, optimizing campaign performance, improving attribution, and scaling marketing channels efficiently. You will work closely with Data Science, Product, Finance, and Creative teams to ensure marketing investments deliver measurable results.
We are looking for someone who combines strong analytical thinking, hands-on performance marketing experience, and leadership ability in fast-moving, data-driven environments.

Performance Marketing Strategy
Lead paid acquisition strategy across digital channels.
Manage campaigns across search, social, display, and mobile platforms.
Optimize spend to improve efficiency and scale.
Identify new growth opportunities.
User Acquisition & Growth
Drive acquisition of high-quality users.
Monitor CAC, LTV, ROI, and retention metrics.
Improve conversion performance.
Support long-term growth planning.
Campaign Management & Optimization
Plan, launch, and manage performance campaigns.
Test creatives, audiences, and bidding strategies.
Monitor performance daily.
Adjust campaigns based on data.
Attribution & Measurement
Improve marketing attribution models.
Ensure accurate tracking across channels.
Analyze incremental impact.
Work with Data and Engineering on measurement systems.
Experimentation & Testing
Design and evaluate marketing experiments.
Test new channels and formats.
Validate performance improvements.
Use data to guide decisions.
Budget & Forecasting
Manage marketing budgets.
Forecast acquisition performance.
Track spend vs results.
Ensure efficient use of resources.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work with Product to improve conversion flows.
Partner with Data Science on modeling.
Collaborate with Creative on ads.
Work with Finance on planning.
Reporting & Insights
Build performance reports.
Explain results clearly.
Identify trends and risks.
Present updates to leadership.
Channel Expansion & Innovation
Explore new acquisition channels.
Test new platforms.
Evaluate partnerships.
Support international growth.
Team Leadership & Guidance
Provide direction to marketing team members.
Help define processes.
Support team development.
Maintain high performance standards.
Typically requires 6–9 years of experience in performance marketing, growth, or user acquisition.
Strong experience managing paid media campaigns.
Experience working with CAC, LTV, ROI, and attribution.
Strong analytical skills.
Experience with marketing platforms (Google, Meta, TikTok, etc.).
Comfortable working with data and dashboards.
Experience running experiments.
Strong communication skills.
Ability to manage budgets.
Comfortable working in fast-moving environments.
Experience with mobile app marketing.
Experience with subscription or marketplace products.
Experience with attribution tools.
Experience working with Data Science teams.
Experience with SQL or analytics tools.
Experience leading projects or teams.
