As a Senior Data Scientist – Growth & Marketing Analytics, you will lead advanced analytics, modeling, and experimentation efforts that guide marketing strategy, improve acquisition efficiency, and support long-term growth across our portfolio of platforms.
This role goes beyond reporting. You will design analytical frameworks, build predictive models, guide experimentation strategy, and partner closely with Marketing, Product, Finance, and Engineering to turn complex data into clear decisions.
We are looking for someone who combines strong technical data science skills with business thinking, communication ability, and experience working with real-world marketing data at scale.

Marketing & Growth Analytics Leadership
Lead deep analysis of marketing performance across paid, organic, referral, and partnership channels.
Evaluate campaign effectiveness using CAC, LTV, ROI, retention, and conversion metrics.
Identify opportunities to improve acquisition quality and cost efficiency.
Provide clear recommendations that influence marketing strategy.
Experimentation & Causal Analysis
Design and evaluate A/B tests and multivariate experiments.
Ensure experiments are statistically valid and properly measured.
Interpret results and communicate tradeoffs clearly.
Help build experimentation standards across marketing and product teams.
Predictive Modeling & Machine Learning
Build predictive models for user acquisition, engagement, retention, and lifetime value.
Develop segmentation and scoring models for targeting and personalization.
Support forecasting for growth, revenue, and campaign performance.
Apply machine learning where it provides real business value.
Attribution & Measurement Frameworks
Improve marketing attribution models across channels.
Work with marketing teams to understand true performance impact.
Evaluate incrementality and channel contribution.
Help design reliable tracking and measurement systems.
Data Infrastructure & Tooling
Work with Data Engineering to improve data pipelines for marketing analytics.
Ensure marketing, product, and user data are accurate and usable.
Help define data standards and naming conventions.
Support integration of new tracking tools and platforms.
Reporting & Decision Support
Build dashboards and analytical reports for marketing and leadership.
Turn complex analysis into simple, actionable insights.
Communicate results clearly to technical and non-technical partners.
Help teams make decisions based on data instead of assumptions.
Cross-Functional Partnership
Work closely with Marketing, Growth, Product, Finance, and Engineering.
Help translate business questions into data problems.
Support planning, forecasting, and performance reviews.
Influence strategy through data-driven insights.
AI & Advanced Analytics
Use statistical and machine learning methods responsibly.
Explore new approaches for targeting, personalization, and optimization.
Support responsible use of automation in decision-making.
Balance advanced modeling with practical business needs.
Typically requires 5–8 years of experience in Data Science, Marketing Analytics, Statistics, or a related field.
Strong experience working with marketing, growth, or product data.
Advanced SQL skills and experience with large datasets.
Strong experience with Python, R, or similar languages.
Solid understanding of statistics, experimentation, and modeling.
Experience with A/B testing and causal inference.
Experience with dashboards and visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, Power BI, etc.).
Strong communication skills with both technical and business teams.
Ability to work independently and lead projects.
Comfortable working in fast-moving environments.
Experience with marketing attribution models.
Experience with machine learning in production.
Experience with cloud data platforms (BigQuery, Snowflake, Redshift, etc.).
Experience with growth, subscription, or marketplace products.
Experience supporting executive decision-making with data.
Salary Range: $120,000 – $145,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
