As Senior Director – Growth Analytics, Measurement & Marketing Science, you will lead the strategy and execution of marketing measurement, attribution, experimentation, and performance analytics across all acquisition and retention channels.
This role sits at the intersection of Marketing, Data Science, Product, and Finance, and is responsible for ensuring that marketing investments are measured accurately, optimized continuously, and aligned with long-term business goals.
You will define measurement frameworks, guide analytics teams, improve attribution models, and help leadership make confident, data-driven decisions about growth strategy.
We are looking for a senior leader who combines strong analytical depth, marketing knowledge, and the ability to influence cross-functional teams at scale.

Measurement Strategy & Marketing Science
Lead the overall strategy for marketing measurement and performance analytics.
Define frameworks for evaluating acquisition, retention, and lifetime value.
Ensure marketing decisions are supported by reliable data.
Improve how performance is tracked across all channels.
Attribution & Incrementality
Oversee development of attribution models.
Improve multi-touch and cross-channel measurement.
Lead incrementality testing and causal analysis.
Ensure accurate understanding of marketing impact.
Experimentation & Testing
Define experimentation standards across marketing and product.
Support A/B testing and advanced experiment design.
Ensure statistical rigor in performance analysis.
Promote a culture of data-driven decision making.
Growth Analytics & Forecasting
Build forecasting models for acquisition and revenue.
Evaluate growth scenarios.
Support planning and budgeting.
Provide insights to leadership.
Marketing Performance & ROI Optimization
Monitor CAC, LTV, ROI, retention, and conversion metrics.
Identify opportunities to improve efficiency.
Guide budget allocation decisions.
Help scale successful channels.
Data Infrastructure & Tools
Partner with Data Engineering to improve data pipelines.
Ensure marketing and product data are accurate.
Define reporting standards.
Support development of analytics tools.
Cross-Functional Leadership
Work closely with Marketing, Product, Finance, Data Science, and Engineering.
Translate business goals into analytical frameworks.
Support executive decision-making.
Align teams around shared metrics.
Team Leadership & Development
Lead and grow analytics and measurement teams.
Set high standards for analysis and reporting.
Mentor managers and senior analysts.
Build scalable processes.
AI, Modeling & Advanced Analytics
Support use of machine learning in marketing analytics.
Improve targeting and segmentation models.
Evaluate new measurement approaches.
Ensure responsible use of automation.
Executive Communication
Present insights to senior leadership.
Explain complex data clearly.
Provide recommendations backed by analysis.
Help guide company strategy.
Typically requires 10+ years of experience in marketing analytics, data science, or growth measurement.
Experience leading analytics or measurement teams.
Strong understanding of attribution and performance marketing.
Experience with experimentation and statistics.
Experience working with large datasets.
Strong business and strategic thinking.
Experience partnering with executives.
Comfortable leading cross-functional projects.
Strong communication skills.
Experience in fast-growing environments.
Experience with mobile or online platforms.
Experience with subscription or marketplace products.
Experience with SQL, Python, or R.
