As a Specialist, Compliance, you will support the development, implementation, and monitoring of compliance programs that ensure our platforms, operations, and business practices meet internal standards and external regulatory requirements.
This role works across multiple teams to help maintain strong operational controls, reduce risk, and ensure policies are followed consistently. You will assist with audits, investigations, documentation, reporting, and process improvements while helping the company stay aligned with legal, regulatory, and internal guidelines.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, discreet, and comfortable working with policies, procedures, and sensitive information in a fast-moving environment.

Compliance Monitoring & Policy Support
Support the execution of company compliance programs across all business units.
Help ensure operations follow internal policies, guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
Monitor workflows to identify potential compliance risks.
Maintain up-to-date documentation of policies and procedures.
Regulatory & Internal Requirements
Assist in tracking regulatory obligations relevant to the company’s operations.
Help prepare materials for internal and external reviews.
Support the implementation of new requirements when rules or policies change.
Work with Legal and leadership to ensure compliance standards are clearly understood.
Audits & Reviews
Support internal audits, external audits, and compliance reviews.
Gather documentation and evidence required for audits.
Track action items and follow up on remediation tasks.
Help ensure audit findings are resolved on time.
Investigations & Issue Handling
Assist with reviews of potential policy violations or operational concerns.
Help document incidents, findings, and resolutions.
Maintain confidentiality when working with sensitive cases.
Support escalation processes when needed.
Risk Management & Controls
Help identify operational risks and areas where controls can be improved.
Support the development of procedures that reduce errors and prevent misuse.
Track compliance metrics and risk indicators.
Assist with maintaining internal control frameworks.
Training & Awareness
Help maintain compliance training materials.
Support employee awareness of policies and guidelines.
Assist with tracking training completion.
Help ensure teams understand expectations.
Reporting & Documentation
Prepare reports related to compliance activities.
Maintain organized records of reviews, audits, and investigations.
Track key metrics related to compliance performance.
Ensure documentation is accurate and complete.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with Legal, Trust & Safety, Operations, Finance, Product, and HR teams.
Help ensure new processes are aligned with compliance standards.
Support projects that require policy review or risk assessment.
Communicate clearly with stakeholders at different levels.
AI & Process Tools
Use internal tools and systems to track compliance work.
Support responsible use of AI tools for documentation, reporting, and workflow support.
Ensure automation does not replace required human review.
Maintain accuracy when working with sensitive data.
Typically requires 3–5 years of experience in Compliance, Risk, Audit, Legal Operations, or a related field.
Experience working with policies, procedures, or regulatory requirements.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Comfortable handling confidential information.
Ability to follow structured processes while also solving problems.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work across multiple teams.
Able to manage multiple priorities at the same time.
Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment.
Experience supporting audits or compliance reviews.
Familiarity with internal control frameworks.
Experience working in tech, online platforms, or regulated environments.
Experience with reporting tools or spreadsheets.
Basic understanding of risk management practices.
